Gold Star Bathrooms offer a complete one stop shop for bathroom renovations, including design consultations, plumbing and electrical work, tiling, flooring, cabinetry and countertop installation, and more. We can handle every aspect of the renovation process, from start to finish.

At Gold Star bathrooms we pride ourselves on delivering high quality bathrooms on time and to your specification. The average bathroom renovation with good access usually takes 12-15 working days. For bigger bathrooms and multiple room renovations we allow longer and up-to 20-25 working days. After our final check measure is complete we can give you the exact start and completion dates.

We offer a very detailed and comprehensive quote. We will discuss the layout and floor plans and also help make recommendations. Gold Star Bathrooms is a complete end to end bathroom renovation service, meaning our quote is fully inclusive for the entire work required. We make sure you are fully informed of all the work that is carried out so there’s no hidden costs or suprises and your bathroom renovation goes according to plan.

We will organise the check measure to be completed once the fittings and tiles have been selected.

Yes, we offer up to 10 years warranty on all our workmanship* (which is more than most renovation companies in Brisbane). We keep on file manufacture/supplier warranties for fixture and fittings. These are also available on manufacture/supplier web sites.

Products/Materials supplied by the client are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, products/materials installed or works carried out by a person not appointed by us voids this warranty and the client is held responsible for any further damage that results from the delay in notification.

*Replacement of cracked tiles & cracked grout lines is limited to three months from renovations completion and is not included in the 10-year workmanship warranty. This three-month period is to allow for stress cracks only, as other factors as the age of the house and surrounding movements may cause tiles & grout to crack.

30 days. Our Quotes are valid for 30 days of receiving. We provide a very detailed and accurate quote to help you make an informed decision and get your renovation underway.

Gold Star Bathrooms pride themselves on being clear and precise with communication. During the project your site supervisor will be your primary point of contact. However, you may also contact the sales team or Director who will pass any information back to the Project Manager. It's important we have a direct line of communication to avoid any confusion and ensure the project meets our standards and your expectations.
